About the Role

As a Travel Aged Care Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care within residential aged care facilities across the Northern Territory. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will support residents' clinical, emotional, and wellbeing needs while maintaining compliance with aged care standards and best-practice guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver safe and effective nursing care to aged care residents


• Conduct clinical assessments and develop care plans


• Administer medications and manage clinical treatments


• Monitor and respond to changes in resident conditions


• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation


• Ensure care is delivered in accordance with organisational policies and aged care standards

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1)


• Minimum 2 years' recent aged care nursing experience


• Strong clinical assessment and medication management skills


• Excellent communication and documentation abilities


• Australian working rights (no sponsorship available)


• Ability to work independently and adapt to new environments
