Commercial Litigation Lawyer (2-4 PQE)

About the role:

• Work across a variety of commercial litigation, insolvency and corporate disputes.


• Advise clients on complex legal and commercial issues, including matters involving the Corporations Act.


• Manage matters with a high degree of autonomy, with support from experienced senior lawyers.


• Draft court documents, correspondence and legal advice.


• Develop strong client relationships and contribute to the ongoing success of the practice.

The ideal candidate:

• 2–4 years PQE in commercial litigation and dispute resolution.


• Strong understanding of the Corporations Act.


• Strong drafting, analytical and problem-solving skills.


• The confidence to manage matters independently while working collaboratively within a team.


• A commercial, practical and client-focused approach.


• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships.
