New Job Opening: HR Advisor in Kewdale, WA

Job Description

Diplomatik are seeking a casual HR Advisor to join their client based in Kewdale for an ongoing casual enagagement which has the possibiliy of leading to a permanent position.

This position is working for a manufacturing business and will be supporting a number of key stakeholders.  The duties will include:

• Onboard New Employees: Coordinate and manage the end-to-end onboarding process to ensure a seamless and welcoming experience for new hires.


• Manage Internal Moves: Facilitate and support employee transitions, ensuring consistency and compliance across promotions, transfers, and role changes.


• Support Leadership Discussions: Act as a trusted advisor by facilitating meaningful discussions with line managers and leaders to address workforce planning, role clarity, and team dynamics.


• Organize Contracts: Oversee the creation, review, and management of employment contracts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational policies and employment laws.


• HR Administration: Manage day-to-day HR tasks, including maintaining employee records, processing paperwork, and supporting general administrative duties.


• Liaise with Leadership: Collaborate with leaders to address HR-related matters, including workforce planning, talent management, and policy interpretation.


• Interpret Awards: Effectively interpret industrial awards, agreements, and employee entitlements to ensure compliance and provide accurate guidance to employees and leaders.

Our client is looking for someone with the following skills:

• Previous experience of working in a HR Advisory position


• Experienced within Manufacturing, Mining and or other Industrial sectors


• Ability to travel to Kewdale (Parking available)


• Able to work 38 hours per week
