Job Description

We're partnering with a leading organisation to recruit an experienced Jira & Atlassian Platform Specialist to manage, support and improve their enterprise Jira and Confluence environment.

This is a hands-on role working across Jira administration, Confluence, automation, reporting and user support. You'll work with project teams, PMOs and business stakeholders to make sure the Atlassian environment is reliable, easy to use and supports effective project delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

  Administering and supporting Jira and Confluence

  
  


• 
  

  Configuring Jira workflows, fields, screens, permissions and automation

  
  


• 
  

  Managing user access and platform security

  
  


• 
  

  Managing Confluence spaces, permissions, templates and content

  
  


• 
  

  Building Jira dashboards, reports and project metrics

  
  


• 
  

  Supporting users and troubleshooting Jira and Confluence issues

  
  


• 
  

  Improving workflows, processes and automation

  
  


• 
  

  Supporting project governance, RAID management and change control

  
  


• 
  

  Developing user guides and providing training and onboarding

  
  

About you:

• 
  

  Strong experience administering Jira and Confluence in an enterprise environment

  
  


• 
  

  Hands-on experience with Jira workflows, permissions, automation, dashboards and reporting

  
  


• 
  

  Experience managing Confluence spaces and governance

  
  


• 
  

  Good understanding of user access and security

  
  


• 
  

  Experience with Power BI and Excel

  
  


• 
  

  Experience supporting project or PMO environments

  
  


• 
  

  Strong stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills

  
  


• 
  

  Experience working across Agile, Waterfall or hybrid environments

  
  


• 
  

  Experience with Atlassian Guard Premium will be highly regarded

  
  

Requirements:

• 
  
  Due to customer security requirements, a Baseline Security Clearance, or the ability to obtain one (Australian Citizenship), is required.
  
  


• 
  

  Atlassian certifications will be highly regarded.
