About the role:

You will work across a broad range of financial lines, D&O, professional indemnity and insurance litigation matters, including:

• Financial lines and professional indemnity disputes.


• Directors & Officers claims and litigation.


• Complex insurance coverage and indemnity disputes.


• Defence litigation for insurer and corporate clients.


• Warranty & indemnity matters.


• Construction and engineering.


• Large-scale, multi-party and cross-border disputes.


• Working closely with Counsel, experts and key client stakeholders.


• Developing client relationships and taking increasing responsibility for matters.

The ideal candidate:

• 2+ years’ PQE.


• Experience in financial lines, D&O, professional indemnity, insurance litigation or commercial litigation.


• Insurance coverage experience will be highly regarded but is not essential.


• Strong litigation, drafting and analytical skills.


• Comfortable working on technically complex and high-value disputes.


• Strong commercial awareness and client relationship skills.


• Able to manage competing priorities and work both autonomously and collaboratively.


• For more senior candidates, experience supervising or delegating work will be advantageous.
