About your new employer:

• You will join a high-performing team working with major private sector, government and institutional clients on complex and commercially significant mandates.

About the role:

Working closely with leading planning and environment partners, you will advise on:

• planning approvals and development strategy;


• environmental regulation and compliance;


• compulsory acquisition and land compensation;


• major infrastructure and urban development;


• energy transition and data centre projects; and


• Land and Environment Court proceedings.

The work spans major project delivery, strategic advisory and complex disputes, giving you broad exposure across the full lifecycle of significant developments.

The ideal candidate:

• 3 – 4 years PQE in planning, environment, or local government law.


• Knowledge of NSW planning laws desirable.


• Strong technical legal skills and drafting ability


• Excellent communication and client management skill


• Commercial judgement and confidence working on complex matters
