About the role:

You will join a specialist health disputes team advising public and private hospitals, healthcare providers, government bodies and regulators.

Your matters will include:

• professional negligence and liability disputes;


• coronial inquests;


• disciplinary proceedings;


• regulatory investigations and enforcement;


• Royal Commissions and commissions of inquiry; and


• major independent reviews.

The ideal candidate:

• You will ideally have 3–5 years’ PQE with experience across commercial litigation, disputes, regulatory matters or health law.


• Strong academics, excellent written and analytical skills and the confidence to manage complex matters and engage directly with clients will be highly regarded.


• Candidates from top-tier, mid-tier, boutique, in-house or international common law backgrounds will be considered.
