Site Workshop Manager | Gunnedah Coal Basin | $185K package perm + company vehicle
️ Opportunity: Managing a workshop of 15 trades on a mine site, overseeing maintenance delivery, safety, and fleet performance in a fast-paced environment.
Experience: Previous experience managing mobile plant maintenance teams, workshop operations, and maintenance delivery within a mining environment.
Benefits: Permanent role, Monday to Friday with full camp facilities working a 9 day fortnight
Requirements: Mechanical trade, mobile plant (CAT/Hitachi), workshop leadership, maintenance planning, and mining HSET knowledge.
