Outbound Sales Consultant | $70K + Super + Uncapped Commission

Norwest location | Moments from the Metro | Monday to Friday onsite

A large, established national organisation is looking for a confident Outbound Sales Consultant to join its high performing Norwest team. You will connect with prospective business customers, uncover opportunities, qualify leads and secure appointments for the wider sales team.

This is a fully office based role, five days per week. In return, you will receive a strong base salary, an attractive commission structure, a supportive team and genuine earning potential.

What you’ll be doing

• Making outbound calls to prospective business customers
• Generating and qualifying new sales leads
• Booking quality appointments for Sales Executives
• Building rapport quickly and confidently over the phone
• Asking the right questions to uncover customer needs
• Managing follow ups and keeping opportunities moving
• Researching prospective customers and target markets
• Maintaining accurate information within the CRM
• Working towards individual and team KPIs
• Coordinating appointments based on location and sales priorities

What we’re looking for

You might currently work in telesales, telemarketing, outbound customer service, lead generation, appointment setting or business development.

More importantly, you are someone who can pick up the phone, create a conversation and keep going when the first answer is no.

You will bring:

• Previous outbound calling, telesales or telemarketing experience
• Confidence speaking with business customers
• A natural ability to build rapport and influence outcomes
• Resilience, energy and genuine motivation to earn commission
• Strong communication and objection handling skills
• Experience working towards KPIs and activity targets
• Good CRM and administration skills
• A reliable, consistent and team focused approach
• Availability to work onsite in Norwest five days per week
