Executive & Project Assistant | Osborne Park| $80k + super

️ Opportunity: Provide hands-on project and office support to the Director and Project Managers, coordinating documentation, tenders, site files, invoicing, and day-to-day project administration across electrical and communications projects.

Experience: Project administration or executive assistant background preferred, exposure to electrical, fire, or construction environments ideal, SimPRO experience desirable but not essential, strong document control and coordination skills.
