RECEPTIONIST | THE HEARTBEAT OF THE OFFICE

Eastern Creek | $76,000 + Superannuation | Onsite Parking | Full-Time

I’m recruiting for a huge family-owned business that has been operating for nearly 30 years. They’re looking for a friendly, outgoing, and switched-on person to become the heartbeat of their office.

This is much more than a reception role. You’ll keep the office moving, jump in wherever needed, and make life easier for everyone around you.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Answering phones and being the friendly face of the office


• Meeting and greeting clients, visitors, field staff and senior management


• Ordering groceries, PPE, stationery and office supplies


• Managing insurances, internal documents and general office admin


• Data entry and backing up the Workflow Coordinator


• Supporting the EA, Training Coordinator and senior management


• Learning workflow, tendering and other areas of the business as you grow
