Are you a driven sales professional passionate about delivering technology-led sustainable energy solutions to commercial clients?

Our client is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to lead end-to-end sales and business development efforts, from identifying opportunities and negotiating deals to closing them. This role involves engaging with C&I clients, channel partners, EPCs, integrators, retailers, and other stakeholders to drive new business and nurture existing relationships.

You’ll be offering tailored energy solutions across BESS, energy management software, solar, and wholesale energy products including FCAS and other market mechanisms. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing company committed to accelerating the energy transition.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in Sales / Business Development within the Energy industry, with a strong track record of selling to the C&I market and consistently achieving sales targets


• A hunter mindset, drive to close sales and motivated to meet and exceed targets


• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal


• Strong negotiation and presentation skills


• Deep understanding of energy and renewables with the ability to consult clients and provide tailored solutions by utilising proven technologies to support clients in their energy transition
