About the role:

• Lead an established Wills & Estates practice, taking ownership of both client outcomes and internal capability


• Advise on complex estate planning matters including wills, testamentary trusts, powers of attorney and guardianship arrangements


• Drive practice growth, refine service delivery and enhance client experience


• Mentor and develop junior lawyers, setting the technical and cultural standard across the team


• Act as a senior, trusted advisor to clients on sensitive and high-value matters

The ideal candidate:

• Special Counsel, Partner or very senior Wills & Estates lawyer with strong technical expertise in estate planning


• A credible leader, comfortable guiding both clients and internal teams


• Commercially minded with the ability to balance premium advisory work with scalable delivery


• Interested in building and shaping a practice, not just servicing files


• Warm, polished and trusted in managing complex client relationships
