Legal Counsel - Renewable Energy Sector

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent legal qualification.


• Admission to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.


• Proven experience as a legal counsel, preferably within the renewable energy, environmental, or infrastructure sectors.


• Strong knowledge of energy regulations, environmental laws, and corporate law.


• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Day-to-Day

• Reviewing and drafting contracts and agreements related to renewable energy projects.

• Managing external legal counsel and ensuring efficient use of resources.
