Position Overview

This is a high-volume administration and logistics support role within the sustainable energy distribution sector. The position acts as the primary link between sales, warehouse operations, and freight providers to ensure the efficient movement of wholesale products.

Core Responsibilities

• Sales Administration: Raising sales orders, processing invoices, and assisting with debtor account queries.


• Logistics Coordination: Scheduling stock movements with freight companies and coordinating warehouse collections.


• Inventory Liaison: Working with operations managers to track stock levels and purchasing requirements.


• Client Service: Managing B2B enquiries via phone and email regarding orders and deliveries.


• General Admin: Maintaining accurate document control and record management in a fast-paced environment.

Required Experience & Skills

• Experience: Minimum 3 years in an administration or sales support role, ideally within wholesale or distribution.


• Technical: Advanced MS Office skills (specifically Excel and Word).


• Compliance: Valid Driver’s Licence and current National Police Clearance (or ability to obtain one).


• Communication: Professional verbal and written skills with a focus on accuracy and detail.
