About the role:
  
Mercedes Benz Perth in Bentley are seeking a New Passenger & Commercial Vehicle Sales Manager. This role is extremely hands on, and you will play an active part in the whole sales process.
  
Reporting directly to the Dealer Principal, the successful candidate will be mentored to achieve a senior leadership role from day one.
  

The successful applicant will need to demonstrate:

• An unwavering commitment to excellence in customer service.
• Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.
• Professional appearance
• The ability to negotiate at all levels.
• Current motor vehicle drivers’ licence
• Current Yard Managers licence or the ability to complete immediately.
• ERA Power, Auto Engage experience would be advantageous.

  
About you:
  
The internal belief that you will be the driving force to ensure we are the #1 dealer for Mercedes Benz Perth across its broad range of KPI’s and satisfy all the compliance requirements of representing Eagers Automotive Australia.
  
Experience in the role with proven results is desirable, however if you have a proven long term consistent record as an Assistant New Car Manager or Sales Consultant, we encourage you to apply.

You will ideally possess:

• Experience in an Automotive Sales Management role (desirable but not essential)
• Experience in new vehicle sales
• Willingness to maintain superior knowledge of the brand and products
• Proven track record of meeting KPI’s and performing in high pressure environments
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Have a valid/ or be willing to obtain a Yard Manager’s Licence
• Manual Drivers Licence
