• Handle guest inquiries and manage accounts with discretion and efficiency
• Fulfill bespoke overnight requests, including in-room dining and amenities, with elegance and timeliness

What you will bring to the role: 

• Previous experience in a similar night auditing role, with expertise in Opera Cloud
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• A luxury-focused approach with impeccable service standards
• Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently
• Proficiency in using hotel management software 
• Availability to work from 11:00pm - 7:00am, with shifts ranging Monday - Sunday
