Job Description - Night Shift Front lift HR Drivers - $63.48 P/hr + Super

Fuse Recruitment are currently on the hunt for experienced HR Front Lift drivers for night shift work in Arndell Park.

Role Overview:

As an HR Front Lift Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and safe collection of waste and recyclables from various commercial and residential locations. Your professionalism and attention to detail will help maintain the high standards our clients expect.

You will need to pass both a medical and police check to be successful in obtaining this role.
 
For You:
  • $63.84 + Super per hour working night shift
  • Working hours of 9:30pm – 5am
  • Monday to Friday role
  • Weekend overtime available

Key Duties:
  • Operate HR Front lift trucks safely and efficiently for waste collection and disposal.
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
  • Adhere to all road safety regulations and company policies.
  • Provide excellent customer service by interacting positively with clients and addressing any concerns.
  • Ensure all waste and recyclables are collected and disposed of in accordance with local regulations and company guidelines.
  • Report any vehicle maintenance issues or safety concerns to the maintenance team promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of collection activities and submit required documentation.
 
Key Requirements:
  • Valid HR (Heavy Rigid) truck license.
  • Proven experience operating front lift trucks in a waste management or similar industry.
  • Strong understanding of waste management processes and safety protocols.
  • Excellent driving skills.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks and handle the demands of the role.
  • Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Reliability and punctuality.
