Ltd. is an Authorised Nike Dealer that has been in business since 2006, having expanded to 7 locations across Sydney including Sydney City, Bondi Junction, Burwood, Castle Hill, Chatswood, Neutral Bay and Warringah Mall. Leading the way with our staff development and culture, we pride ourselves in providing an energetic and motivating environment for our staff and customers.

We currently have an opportunity within our Bondi store and are looking for an enthusiastic and sales driven 3IC - Associate Store Manager.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Our ideal applicant will have:

• Retail experience, with a background in sports/lifestyle retail highly regarded


• Exceptional leadership and communication skills


• A track record of utilising sales processes to achieve outstanding results


• Strong organisational skills


• Analytical and problem-solving skills


• A desire to challenge themselves to achieve company and personal objectives


• Passion for the Nike brand and an active lifestyle

Key responsibilities:

- Lead, coach and inspire your team of athletes                                                   

- Lead by example to deliver a premium consumer experience, while coaching your team to provide our customers with outstanding, personalised service specific to their needs.

- Exceed key performance indicators across all facets of your store, including but not limited to:

• Sales targets


• Stock processes


• Visual presentation standards


• Training
