About the Role

Working alongside our experienced sales team, you will be responsible for managing a defined territory across Metro and Regional NSW, supporting existing customer partnerships and developing new business opportunities.

This is a road-based sales role, with the expectation that you will spend four days per week out meeting customers across the region, following a three-month call cycle, with one day per week based in the office.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting and growing a portfolio of Plumbing and Electrical merchant accounts
• Building strong, positive and long-term customer relationships
• Identifying and developing new sales opportunities within existing and prospective customers
• Working towards sales targets and contributing to overall business growth
• Providing market feedback on pricing, product demand and competitor activity
• Understanding customer needs and identifying opportunities to add value
• Representing the Pipemakers brand professionally in the field
• Working collaboratively with the broader sales team to achieve shared goals

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• A willingness to travel regularly and meet with customers across the region
• A self-motivated, organised and proactive approach
• A genuine willingness to learn and develop your product and industry knowledge
• The ability to build rapport and develop strong customer relationships
• A current driver's licence

Desirable

• Experience or background in plumbing or electrical trade
• Previous sales, account management or customer-facing experience
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical or related products and markets
• Existing knowledge of Plumbing and Electrical merchant networks
