NSW District Manager D55

We’re seeking a motivated and ambitious leader who is driven to deliver strong results, inspire teams, and elevate performance.

This position is responsible for leading the District in the Northern Rivers, NSW, operating in a fast-paced, high-growth market.

This role will provide you the opportunity to drive results, strengthen team capability, and support the ongoing development of restaurant leaders.

More specifically, as a District Manager your areas of responsibility are:

• Providing Safety Leadership through our Work Safe, Home Safe strategy
• Creating a 200% Guest Obsessed Culture in every restaurant, where every moment counts in delivering exceptional experiences
• Leading a high-performing team with a strong talent pipeline, focused on identifying, developing, and retaining top talent
• Building the brand and sales via effective business planning
• Managing the business to ensure the profitability of your restaurants
• Championing change, whilst ensuring your people are engaged and change is sustainable
• Continuing your own self-development as you grow in the role

In summary, we are looking for an experienced applicant who is currently a high-performing GMP or in an ARL position, dedicated to achieving and maintaining exceptional results by unleashing People Power, making commercially sound decisions, and maximizing productivity and cost control.
