About the Role
We are seeking a driven and commercially astute Partnership Manager to build and grow long-term relationships across Government and Education portfolios.
This is not a passive account management role. It is a senior, opportunity creating position for someone who shapes demand early, builds trust well ahead of procurement, and positions Pro AV Solutions as a long-term technology partner rather than a transactional supplier.
You will engage deeply with government departments (state, and local), agencies, schools, universities, and education bodies, developing insight across stakeholders, estates, and future investment plans. Your focus is on converting early engagement into funded opportunities that span capital projects and long-term managed services.
Supported by Solutions Architects, Sales Support, Marketing, and advanced customer intelligence tools, you will build and execute a disciplined pipeline across 6, 12, and 18 month horizons, consistently turning pursuit into sustainable wins and recurring relationships.
