A fantastic opportunity exists to further develop and grow your career in a leadership position by providing excellent clinical support and guidance to all members of the Cardiac Cath Lab team at a private hospital in regional NSW. This pivotal leadership role is offered on a Full-Time basis.

ABOUT THE ROLE 

This will encompass, but is not limited to:

• Accountability for the efficient and effective management of all human and material resources;
• Being a positive mentor and provide clinical leadership and support to your team;
• Assisting in shaping organisational strategy, improving procedural service provision, and achieving departmental and Hospital strategic objectives;
• Assisting in the development of the team to introduce more complex procedures.

• Current AHPRA registration; 
• Highly experienced Cath Lab background;
• Post-graduate studies in an appropriate specialty or management qualifications will be highly regarded;
• Proven leadership and management abilities.

A base hourly rate ranging from $63.50 – $65.21 + superannuation, exclusive of penalties or allowances.
