Occupational Hygienist - Brisbane - Tier 1 Projects / Clients - Generous Compensation

This is an exciting opportunity for an Occupational Hygientist to join an international engineering consultancy based in their Brisbane office.

Joining one of Australia's largest occupational hygiene teams, you will have the opportunity to work with tier 1 clients across construction, defence, energy and power.

You will have plenty of opportunity to specialise in certain fields and gain specialist mentoring from long-standing experts in the field. Because you get to work on complex projects with major clients, you can gain experience where few others can.

The occupational hygiene teams are based across all major cities which means you can work on local or interstate projects if you wish.

Your role will include:

• Hazardous substances audits
• Occupational hygiene risk assessments
• Human health risk assessments
• Air quality assessments - mould etc
• Chemical hazard assessments
• Monitoring of physical / chemical stressors
• Managing portions of projects and working closely with clients / contractors

You will need:

• Ideally an environmental science / engineering degree
• 2 - 5 + years of experience as an occupational hygienist
• Certified Occupational Hygienist (COH) accreditation - not mandatory but a bonus. you will be able to attain this accreditation with this company
• The ability to work unrestricted in Australia

You will receive:

• A salary between $80-100k + super
• Work from home up to 2 days a week (when not required on site) and flexible work hours
