We support people with physical, intellectual and multiple disabilities and developmental delays to achieve their goals Scope is a registered provider under the NDIS and delivers a range of services including supported independent living, short term accommodation (respite), social connections (day program) and therapy across 100 locations in Victoria.

About The Role

• Scope offers a comprehensive range of therapy services to people of all ages and abilities. We provide person-centred interventions for people with a wide range of diagnoses such as Autism Spectrum Disorder, Global Developmental Delay,Cerebral Palsy, andIntellectual Disability.
• Opportunities to focus on the type of clinical work that is aligned to your career goals and your passions.
• Deliver therapy services that will see you working collaboratively with our clients and significant others to support a person‘s community participation and inclusion in a range of environments.
• Work with and be supported by an experienced multidisciplinary team.

About You

• You truly believe in our mission to enable each person we support to live as an equal and empowered citizen
• You have a passion for working in the disability and/or paediatric sectors
• You are committed to family and person centered approaches, strengths-based practices, and supporting inclusion and participation
• You have excellent communication skills and are a team player

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must provide the following:

• Current Driver’s License and access to your own vehicle
• Registered with AHPRA or for Speech Pathologists, you are a practicing member of Speech Pathology Australia
• NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance and Working with Children's Check (Employee)
• Proof of 3 doses of COVID-19 vaccination in accordance with Scope policy
• Valid Australian Working Rights and an International Police Check if you have lived or worked overseas for more than one (1) year within the last ten years
