Job Description - Oceania Product Manager

Our Enterprise Support Services (ESS) team is looking for a Product Manager to support internal EY staff  through the management of products supported by the EY Business Support Centre and the Performance and Improvement team. The Product Manager role is responsible for defining and supporting the building of desirable, feasible, viable, and sustainable products that meet customer needs over the product-market lifecycle.  Some of your key responsibilities:

  • Develop a clear model of how the product provides value to customers 
  • Ensure products are marketed and distributed effectively 
  • Get features and product changes implemented in a continuous delivery pipeline 
  • Ensure a support model is in place that provides a continuous flow of value over the product lifecycle 
  • Own the cost structure and license models of all components and suppliers 
  • Work in partnership with internal delivery and support teams to meet product goals 
  • As required, work with internal General Council and Risk to manage legal and compliance matters 
  • Complete analysis of the needs of the business in relation to the product 
  • Drive the development and embedding of the product to improve client service and team efficiency 
  • Develop, recommend, and implement solutions to enhance product functional performance 
  • Resolve any product issues that may be escalated seeking assistance as required. 


What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in support services, 3 – 5 years’ experience in product management preferred 
  • Agile process experience required, with an ability to work across cross functional teams 
  • Demonstrated ability to clearly communicate and influence multiple stakeholders at all levels of the  business 
  • Ability to manage multiple agendas and meet demanding time frames 
  • Creates an inclusive team environment by actively encouraging participation, dialogue, and open communication amongst the team 
  • Strong networking and relationship development skills   
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills 
  • Demonstrated experience in owing and driving strategic and change initiatives
  • Demonstrated experience in training
