OD Consultant - Culture & Leadership Focus - Join a Market Leader

This role will see you reporting to the Head of Culture and Leadership as part of a close-knit project team. Day to day you will be responsible for driving and supporting programs relating to Culture Change, Talent Management, Learning and Development and Engagement. In particular, this role is responsible for analysing HR metrics and producing insights and recommendations across a broad range of programs. 

To be successful in this role you will have: 

• Experience in managing workforce engagement surveys, culture diagnostics or similar programs; 
• Ability to leverage data to drive insights and inform strategic decisions;
• Communicating with, influencing and advising senior stakeholders; 
• Building and maintaining strong relationships across diverse stakeholder groups; 
• Understanding of the trends and research relating to culture and engagement in organisations; 
• Excellent communication (written and oral), negotiation, consulting and facilitation skills;
• Tertiary qualifications or experience in organisational psychology, organisational development, HR, change management or business.
