Job Description - OFFICE ADMIN

BB Freight Service are currently looking for a permanent Full time Transport Administration Assistant/ accounts allrounder to be part of our busy transport company based in Yatala. Monday - Friday.

Daily duties include but not limited to:

    ⁃    Entering and processing bills

    ⁃    Ages payables & receivables

    ⁃    Liaising with insurance companies and related vehicle matters.

    ⁃    Booking inspections for vehicles

    ⁃    Filing

    ⁃    Answering Phones

    ⁃    Data entry

    ⁃    Communicating with drivers and other office staff.

    ⁃    Liaising with customers.

    ⁃    Booking in pick ups

    ⁃    Quoting jobs

    ⁃    Checking final pricing on jobs

This position would suit someone who:

Has Accounting/Book-Keeping experience, highly regarded

Has administration experience, highly regarded
Is a team player, however can make decisions and think for themselves
