Mills Recruitment collaborates with a prominent Western Australian manufacturing company that seeks to recruit motivated and enthusiastic Office admin and telephone appointment scheduler. These individuals will join a successful production team and contribute to the company’s growth.

Job Opportunity:

Office Admin and Appointment Scheduler
Location: Canning Vale, Western Australia
Position Type: Full-time, Permanent

Responsibilities:
  • Appointment Scheduling: Efficiently manage and schedule appointments for clients seeking window and door shutter installations.
  • Telephone Etiquette: Handle incoming calls professionally, addressing inquiries, providing information, and assisting clients with their needs.
  • Administrative Support: Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and maintaining records.
  • Planning and Coordination: Coordinate installation schedules, ensuring timely and smooth execution of projects.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client queries promptly and courteously.
Qualifications:
  • Strong Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent Telephone Communication: Clear and concise communication skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Accurate data entry and meticulous record-keeping.
  • Proficiency in Office Software: Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
Salary: $25.00 per hour

Working hours:
  • Monday to Friday 
  • 8 am to 4.30 pm 
  • Saturday 8 am to 12 working every 3rd week at overtime rates
