Job Opportunity: Office Admin and Appointment Scheduler Location: Canning Vale, Western Australia
Position Type: Full-time, Permanent
Responsibilities: - Appointment Scheduling: Efficiently manage and schedule appointments for clients seeking window and door shutter installations.
- Telephone Etiquette: Handle incoming calls professionally, addressing inquiries, providing information, and assisting clients with their needs.
- Administrative Support: Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and maintaining records.
- Planning and Coordination: Coordinate installation schedules, ensuring timely and smooth execution of projects.
- Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client queries promptly and courteously.
Qualifications: - Strong Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent Telephone Communication: Clear and concise communication skills.
- Attention to Detail: Accurate data entry and meticulous record-keeping.
- Proficiency in Office Software: Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
Salary: $25.00 per hour
