First National Armidale are looking for a vibrant and enthusiastic person with good organizational and inter-personal skills to take on the office administration and reception role in our busy real estate office. We have been part of and assisting the Armidale community with their property needs for over 40 years.
Being the first port of call and front of office for many real estate and business interactions, this role is a crucial part of offering our clients outstanding service, and you will be valued as such. It is a great opportunity to start your career in real estate, or for a more mature, capable someone to continue professionally interacting with the local and business community.
Duties include general office administration tasks, reception duties, liaising with tenants, landlords, vendors, purchasers and trades and assisting them through our organization to the relevant staff member. Some property management, sales department and media duties offer variety, and an introduction into the duties undertaken in real estate transactions.
Training, career progression opportunities and organization promotion are important to us.
