Job Description - Office Administration/Reception

This position offers variety and multiple responsibilities. We are looking for a vibrant, enthusiastic person with good organizational skills to take on the office administration and receptionist role in a busy commercial real estate office. 

Duties include general office administration including receptionist duties, answering phones, banking & mail. A key responsibility is assisting property management with administrative responsibilities including arrears management, invoicing and filing, entering new commercial tenants and properties. 

This position could suit someone with previous real estate experience on a temporary working visa.
