Jimboomba Batteries and Auto Electrical Repairs are Hiring! 

We are a small business located in Jimboomba looking to add a dynamic, enthusiastic young person to our growing team who has an appreciation for cars!  The successful applicant does not necessarily require administrative experience as the roll will include in house training.  You will be required to work 5 days a week 9am - 4pm.  Hours can be discussed once probation period is completed. 

The successful applicant will possess the following attributes.

• Strong work history in or out of school
• Natural organiser 
• Confident communicator 
• Competent writing skills 
• Computer knowledge 
• Pleasant phone manner 
• Looking for an opportunity!
• Strong and clean presentation 
• Open to making this roll their own. 

There will be a 3 month probation period from commencement of employment. Employment to commence ASAP if successful.  Must have a valid Provisional or Open Driver's License. 

This Roll Includes: 

• In house sales 
• Assisting quoting and invoicing 
• Assisting in accounts payable 
• Ordering parts
• Completing daily job cards 
• Product management/ Placing orders 
• Answering phones and writing emails 
• Day to day office tasks 
• Assisting the workshop team when required 
• Cleaning of office and team spaces
