We're seeking to appoint an Office Administrator to support our busy team.

With an unwavering commitment to high level service delivery, you will liaise with visitors, callers and candidates, completing a wide range of administrative tasks in fast-paced work environment.

The Role:

Based at front desk reception, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients and candidates, and your duties will include:

Meeting and greeting visitors
Answering and directing phone calls
Document scanning and data entry
Booking medicals and inductions
Coordinating onboarding documentation
Assisting with timesheet collection and collation
Purchasing office consumables and supplies

About You:

Completion of Year 12 education (minimum)
Previous customer service/admin experience
Ability to juggle multiple and conflicting tasks with no impact to accuracy or service
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Computer literate with MS Office (Word, Excel) experience
