About the role:
Work directly for a large private property landlord who are located in a modern commercial tower in the heart of the Gold Coast. You will be a stone’s throw from beaches and public transport. Free car parking is available based in their building.
The purpose of this role is to support the Property team and manage the day-to-day operations across a mixed portfolio of commercial, retail, and industrial properties in the Gold Coast.
Duties:
- Answer and direct all incoming calls
- Management of the day-to-day needs of the office
- Assist the team in liaising with tenants and contractors across repairs and maintenance requests
- Assist with management of rental arrears, tenant invoicing, creditor management and portfolio budgets preparation
The skills and experience required for this role:
- 12 months experience in a similar role is ideal, but not essential
- Strong computer skills, in particular Microsoft Office/Excel
- Ability to work both in a team environment and autonomously
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Drivers’ licence essential
