ROUSSOS is excited to be partnering with a national organisation that has a strong focus on growing their people. Together with our client, we are looking to source an Office Manager to join their modern corporate Adelaide office. This company has proven success of career development, right from admin roles through to technical roles. The Role
As Office Administrator you will be required to deliver a range of administrative support services and activities. Your responsibilities will include but is not limited to:
  
  • Answering the phone and redirecting calls.
  • Assisting the marketing coordinator with updating/refreshing the company website.
  • Supporting various departments within the organisation effectively and professionally
  • Attending to visitors in reception.
  • Assisting Project Directors on project related tasks.
  • Ordering supplies for office facilities such as stationery, toners, office amenities, fruit, and coffee, etc.

The successful candidate will have exceptional organisational and time management skills, along with previous experience in an administration or is a recent university graduate. A passionate individual who demonstrates the desire to assist the team, provide excellent customer service and outstanding results will thrive in this environment.
