Office Allrounder / Customer Service – Electronics - Summer Hill - Leading Industry Pay

Wagner Electronics (WES Alliance) are importers and distributers of electronic and electrical products and accessories to the Service / repair and installer industries and are currently seeking a full time Office Allrounder / Customer Service representative with an interest in Electronics and Electrical products.

About You:-

We are looking for an employee with good administration & skills computing as well as excellent communication. An interest in Electronics or the Electrical industry is an advantage but not essential. 

Your main responsibilities and duties will include:-

• General Administration duties
• Handling incoming phone calls
• Replying to customer email enquiries
• Assisting customers with their purchases
• Entering customers orders into our database
• Processing payments received from customers
• Follow up customers for account collection
• Processing customer’s returns

Your experience, skill set and qualifications will include:-

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good computing skills (MS Office Intermediate)
• MS Excel experience is desirable but not required
• Interest or experience in Electronics or Electrical products is advantageous but not essential
• Previous Sales or Customer Service experience is desirable but not required
• Retail experience is desirable but not required

Salary Range:- Attractive salary dependent on experience level
Location:- Summer Hill
Position Type:- Permanent Full Time, Permanent Residency required
