We are currently working on an exciting opportunity for a Office Assistant to join an nationally established business! The role will be exposed to a mixture of office and administration work, the ideal employee will have a vibrant personality who can demonstrate attention to detail and is eager to learn.

This position would be perfect for someone who has experience in a reception  role wanting to branch out, professionally grow and be more involved in office and administrative duties. You will be responsible for providing office administration support to different areas of the business including assisting the team when required. It is a MUST that the candidate is competent with using Microsoft Office applications and has confidence when speaking to clients.
  
Check out the varied responsibilities you will have in this role:
  • Team and management administrative support
  • Greeting clients upon arrival in a friendly and professional manner and directing them to the appropriate meeting rooms
  • Covering reception when required – answering and redirecting incoming calls
  • Responsible for all office administration duties including stationery, monitoring of supplies, organising mail and couriers and managing office repairs and maintenance
  • Printing and preparing documents ahead of meetings
  • Assisting with set up and onboarding of all new employees
  • Managing and maintaining office security passes and system security levels
  
Your outstanding capabilities will include:
  • Exceptional professional verbal communication skills
  • Accept instructions and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner
  • Self starter, that enjoys working in a highly motivated, dynamic team environment
  • Confident in using Microsoft Office programs
  • Previous reception experience essential 
  • Ability to work as part of a broader team
