The Role

Our office in based in Macquarie Park, close to public transport with 60 staff and seeking an energetic Office Assistant to work minimum 3, 8hours days per week or 5 shorter days negotiated within school hours. This role is flexible 30-40hours per week.

We offer a fun challenging and rewarding role where no 2 days are the same, there is always something to organise either a quarterly meeting, overseas travel, or numerous social events. You will work closely with the CEO and leadership team ensuring the smooth running of the office.

The Right Fit for the Role

· Communication is a huge strength to work with numerous personalities

· With your creative flare you will organise different social events including team days, quarterly meetings, BBQs

· Experience in arranging domestic and international travel and visa requirements

· You know what it takes to maintain the office environment, and be responsible for general office administration

· Effective diary management, trying to keep one step ahead

· You are IT savvy especially when it comes to creating PowerPoint presentations

· Liaise with property management to resolve adhoc issues

· Flexible, self-motivated and are open to taking on new tasks and you don’t shy away from a challenge

· Outgoing fun personality who not only loves to organise but is committed to succeed

· Positive attitude and a great team player with a “can do” attitude
