Our client, an Infrastructure business in Sydney's CBD is seeking an Office Assistant to join them on Fridays. This is an immediate need with the opportunity initially an ongoing temporary role with the potential for long term employment.
The Office Manager in the business works 4 days a week and as the office has now started to get much busier on Fridays, they need the support at hand. The core hours for this role are 8.30am - 5pm.
The office is a professional space with a warm and welcoming feel which is coupled by working with a team that are a friendly and supportive.
Duties include (but are not limited to):
You will need proven experience as a Receptionist, Office Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal are a must and the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively is needed in this role.
