An opportunity to work in a pivotal role as Office Coordinator exists with a well established, innovative commercial construction organisation based in Melbourne's inner easter suburbs.
Working as an integral part of the office, this is a fantastic role to provide high level team support and general office coordination.
Duties will include, but not be limited to;
- Office Coordination - maintaining the office, including ordering all supplies, facilities management
- Meet and greet clients attending office for meetings, setting up meeting rooms and answering phones when required
- Accounts Payable (circa 50 invoices per week)
- Manage social media platforms
- Manage leave calendars for all staff
- Assist with administration pertaining to ISO accreditation
- All adhoc team administration
We are looking for someone who thrives in a varied role. If you have previous experience in an Administration role, preferably within the Construction or Property sector and are looking to work in a supportive business with a great team culture then we would like to hear from you.
