Office Coordinator / Office Manager 

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a self motivated and driven candidate who enjoys & thrives working in a fast paced, project driven environment. 

Our client is a multi state industry leader across the construction sector.

This position is diverse & dynamic and will best suit someone who can wear many hats.

Your duties and responsibilities will entail components of but not limited to:

  • General day to day Office Management duties 
  • First point of contact for visitors & staff entering the building 
  • Supporting Senior personnel with diary management, travel arrangements
  • Fleet & asset management
  • Management & coordination of meeting rooms
  • Ordering of office & site stock, uniforms & PPE  
  • Coordinating & arrange staff training
  • Supporting a collaborative team with project & finance administration 
  • Approve & processing invoices 
  • Assisting with marketing / events coordination
  • Employee onboarding & offboarding 
  • Binding of contracts & documentation
  • Provide IT support
  • Any adhoc administration tasks that may arise

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience working in the construction / project driven environment
  • Relevant experience & a willingness to upskill or develop knowledge inline with the position requirements 
  • Has a positive can do attitude 
  • Excellent communication, organisation & IT skills
  • Ability to work autonomously & as part of a team 
  • Enjoys diversity in your role
  • Ability to adapt and wear many hats

Requirements: 

  • Australian Citizen / Permanent Resident 
  • Available for full time work
