The Role:
Working closely with the Operations Teams, the role will encompass: 
  • Coordinating a centralised inbox
  • Manage and maintain the front of office and meeting room spaces
  • Maintain office supplies 
  • Admin support for document management 
  • Maintaining and updating client records 
  • Assisting with the creation of new process documents 
  • Manage social media and online presence 
  • Assist with event and networking planning
About You
  • Previous office coordination experience
  • Experience working in a corporate environment 
  • An ability to interact and build rapport with internal and external stakeholders 
  • Intermediate Microsoft & computer skills
  • Professional acumen & excellent communication skills
  • Corporate and professional presentation
  • A proactive approach to work
