We are seeking a reliable and proactive Office Manager to support the smooth day-to-day running of our Surry Hills HQ. This is a full-time, office-based role suited to someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in keeping an office organised, welcoming and looking great. The approximate hours are 8:45am to 5:15pm Monday to Friday.
This opportunity is ideal for a skilled multi-tasker with a can-do attitude and friendly demeanour. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate ability to effectively determine priorities, operate under pressure, and manage a range of tasks concurrently. You'll be working with sharp, motivated, hard-working teammates in a fun office environment. No two days will ever be the same, we promise! Key Responsibilities
Greet visitors warmly and make them feel welcome
Maintain a neat and tidy office environment
Set up meeting rooms for external meetings and interviews
Process incoming and outgoing mail
Monitor office supply levels and procure new items as required
Order fruit, snacks and drinks for the office and keep the kitchens stocked
Respond to 'Ops Desk' tickets, which may involve:
Arranging mail and couriers
Compiling documents and binding
Filing documents at local courts
Proofreading documents
Assisting with new starter onboarding activities
Organising team events like the annual summer party
Coordinating external partners including cleaners and tradespeople coming onsite for repairs
Organise and book domestic and international travel
The Ideal Candidate
Previous experience as a Receptionist, Office Administrator, Office Manager or Office Assistant
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Friendly, professional and confident communication style
Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities
Proactive, reliable and willing to help where needed
