Role Overview:

As the Office Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of daily operations. You will be responsible for managing facilities, overseeing contractor engagement, and handling sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively prioritise tasks.




Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office facilities and ensure a safe and productive work environment.
  • Coordinate contractor engagement and oversee project management as needed.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion and professionalism.
  • Provide support for WHS incidents and evacuation procedures.
  • Utilise security and building management systems effectively.
  • Proficiently use the Microsoft Office suite for various administrative tasks.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders through written and verbal channels.




Required Experience and Skills:

  • 3+ years' experience in facilities or office management.
  • Demonstrated strong organisational skills with the ability to set priorities and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Previous experience managing sensitive and confidential matters.
  • Experience in contractor engagement and management.
  • Technical proficiency in WHS incidents and evacuations, contractor engagement, security and building management systems, and the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
