About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as the Office Manager. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth office operations, fostering positive team culture, and implementing effective HR frameworks. 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Oversee office operations, including facilities management, supplies procurement, and vendor relations.
• Develop and implement HR frameworks to standardize processes and procedures across the organization.
• Organize office events to build and enhance team culture.
• Coordinate works among various departments, and ensure smooth collaboration in the office.
• Complete other tasks assigned in time and with quality.

About You
• Bachelor's degree, majoring in administrative management, business management or related fields.
• Minimum of 3 years of Admin or HR experience.
• Mandarin speaking preferred.
