Our organisation is undergoing a rapid growth period and frequently opening new locations in major cities and towns nationwide. With one new venue opening its doors in the last four weeks, we are continuously looking for bright and passionate new talent to bring to the team.
With nearly 30 offices across Australia, we are looking for a dedicated and outgoing Office Manager/Commercial Property Assistant.
You will report to the Management Team who will oversee business as usual as well as to our Real Estate licensee who will ensure compliance with regard to our property interests.
About the Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen to be a part of our Support Office. Your role will be to manage daily office business including but not limited to: general office management; ensure queries are answered; reconcile employee purchases; book travel; manage compliance and insurance documents for all offices; as well as: manage the day-to-day property management ensuring rents are received on time and maintenance is completed in a timely and effective manner.
Some out of hours work including weekend on a rotational roster will be required. Time off in lieu will count where this is necessary.
