Job Description - Office Manager & Executive Assistant - with Growth Opportunities

We are looking to hire a hardworking Office Manager & Executive Assistant to join our elite team at WOW Recruitment in Sydney NSW.

** 10 month Paternity leave fixed term contract **
** $90 - $100k + super **

WOW Recruitment is looking for an experienced Officer Manager/Executive Assistant to join our client, a venture capital firm located in Sydney’s CBD.

You will provide support to the wider team to ensure a free-flowing and highly productive environment on an interim paternity leave basis.

The ideal candidate is highly motivated, organised, hyper-efficient, tech-savvy and proactive with a passion for creating an exceptional work experience for all employees.

 
What you will be doing?
  • Supervise the efficient operation of the office including maintenance of common areas, inventory management and the coordination of deliveries.
  • Manage phone enquiries and meet and greet office visitors and new employees.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors for hardware support to ensure smooth functioning of office equipment.
  • Plan and organise team events.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Portfolio & Talent on psychometric data analysis, new team member onboarding, survey administration, and post-interview debrief sessions.
  • Maintain and update internal CRM system to ensure accuracy and data cleanliness.
  • Calendar management for senior executives handling any requests from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Planning and coordination of travel –booking flights and accommodation.
 

What do you bring?
  • 4+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to prioritise effectively and operate at speed.
  • Expert with Microsoft Office 365; Word, PowerPoint, Dynamics, Teams & Excel.
  • Excellent multitasker with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
