Job Description - Office Manager - Growth-Minded Organization

We are looking to hire a remarkable Office Manager to join our fast-paced team at Hunters Agency & Co in Parramatta, Sydney NSW.

You will liaise with our agencies, and have fun while working hard with our incredible team across Norwest, Parramatta, Merrylands and Wentworthville.

Your key responsibilities in this role will include (but not limited to):

  • Providing support to the Director
  • Providing assistance and administration services for the sales team as required
  • Liaising with current and past clients
  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Organising / coordinating marketing initiatives
  • Preparing reports for the Director and sales team
  • Scanning, emailing & filing
  • Banking & processing mail
  • General administration & office tasks


The successful applicant for this position must possess:

  • Administration experience 2+ years
  • Strong computer skill set
  • Excellent verbal & written communication
  • Real Estate experience highly desirable
  • Familiar with listing platforms 
  • Familiar with AgentBox
  • Positive & friendly phone manner
  • Process driven with a strong attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Highly technically proficient and comfortable with new technologies
  • Professional presentation and vibrant personality
  • Real Estate experience highly desirable plus definitely a positive, focused, driven and motivated personality
