- Handle internal and external inquiries with professionalism and promptness.
- Assist with HR-related tasks, including onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
- Coordinate employee events and initiatives to foster a positive work culture.
- Collaborate with the finance department to manage budget tracking, expense reports, and invoice processing.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
