Our Client is well established and well regarded in the Commercial Construction Industry. They are currently looking for an experienced Office Manager / PA to run their new office.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the office including PA and backup reception duties as required.
- PA tasks as required by upper management.
- Human Resource support.
- Accounting and bookkeeping as required.
- Coordinate internal training.
- Manage office and project supplies as needed.
- Manage office maintenance as needed.
- Ad hoc tasks as required by Management.
Skills Required:
- Previous office management experience in a corporate setting
- Accounting and bookkeeping experience (essential)
- Tertiary qualifications in business administration (advantageous)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to be flexible and adaptable to the demands of the role
- Exposure to finance and accounts administration
